Why can’t I see product prices?

To see our wholesale product prices you will need to be logged in to your wholesale account, which you can do by clicking the ‘login’ button at the top of this page. If you are not yet a wholesale customer, you will need to create an account and get it approved. Again, you can do this by hitting the ‘Create An Account’ button at the top right of this page.

 

How do I get a wholesale account?

You can apply for a wholesale account by clicking the ‘Create An Account’ button in the top right hand corner of this page. You will be prompted to answer a few questions. Once your account application bas been submitted we will process it and email you details of how to access the site and login. We try to get back to all account applications within 24 hours.

 

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices detailed on the wholesale website are exclusive of UK VAT at 20%. VAT will be added at the checkout page.

 

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major debit and credit cards except American Express and Diners.

 

What is the minimum order?

At Higgs & Higgs we understand that sometimes you might just need a few bits to complete your in-store offerings, which is why our minimum order is just £250 + VAT.

 

Can I purchase by the metre?

You can purchase our fabrics by the metre on our retail site. To enjoy the benefits of our wholesale prices you will need to buy fabrics by the roll. Roll lengths will vary for each item but all variation of roll lengths will be detailed on the product page in the buying box on the right hand side.

 

Can I come and visit your warehouse?

Yes, we would love to meet our wholesale customers. For further details on how to arrange a visit or when to drop in click here 

 

Are all your fabrics on the website?

Yes, all of our fabrics that are available at wholesale prices are on the wholesale section of this website.

 

Can I order some samples?

We don’t hold samples of our full range of fabrics. However if you would like a specific sample, we would be happy to send it if we have the fabric in stock. Please send through any request detailing the full fabric name as it appears on the site to [email protected]

 

How do I make an order?

Please make all orders directly through the website. You will need to have a wholesale account and be logged in to make an order. Once you are logged in, simply add fabrics to your basket as you browse the site. When you have finished browsing the site, just click on the ‘shopping basket’ link at the top right of the page and follow the steps detailed.

 

Do we ship outside of the UK?

We do not ship outside of the UK at present.

 

Do we ship to remote postcodes?

Are your wash and care guidelines guaranteed?

The wash and care guidelines on this site are advisory and are only to be used as a guide. We recommend that you test wash any fabric for its suitability to the item and product you are using it for.
