Returns Policy

 

 

Faulty Items

 

In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Customer Services Team on 01453 750 660 or email wholesale@higgsandhiggs.co.uk.  We will replace the item where possible, or offer a full refund. 

We will refund any original postage on a faulty item and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

No claims or returns allowed without prior authorization.

No claims allowed once a fabric has been cut.

 

Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01453 750 660 or email wholesale@higgsandhiggs.co.uk and they will arrange for the correct item to be posted to you. Please return the incorrect item to –

We will refund postage costs on the basis that the item/s has been sent via First/Second Class Royal Mail.

 

Refund Process

 

Once you have received an email to confirm your parcel has been delivered we will process the refund within 2-5 working days. Please note that this can sometimes take longer to appear in your bank account.
