Returns Policy

 

Faulty Items

 

In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Customer Services Team on 01453 750 660 or email [email protected].  We will replace the item where possible, or offer a full refund. 

We will refund any original postage on a faulty item and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

No claims or returns allowed without prior authorization.

No claims allowed once a fabric has been cut.

 

Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01453 750 660 or email [email protected] and they will arrange for the correct item to be posted to you. Please return the incorrect item to –
